People are getting sick more quickly these days. My sister and I recently visited a family friend who had sepsis due to diabetes. It’s a complicated situation, really. A sickness gives birth to another sickness. By God’s grace he survived it and he’s recuperating right now. Nobody wants to get sick, of course. That’s why we have to take care of our health.
So how do we take care of our health? This must sound so cliche to you, but the old saying “Prevention is better than cure” is so true. Where were you last year? I remember being at home in bed (yes, at 8 p.m.) last year during Earth Hour, so naturally I had my lights off.
On a side note, it’s inspiring to know that many people are aware of this year’s Earth Hour, thanks to the many banners along EDSA and a couple of blogs as well, so here’s hoping that more people participate.
So how do you celebrate Earth Hour?
