sago-gulaman

Are you a big fan of sago’t gulaman?  Made from agar-agar (seaweed) and sago (tapioca pearls), this favorite Pinoy dessert that stirs up memories of happy childhood summers is now available bottled, so you can have it any time of the day. Yes. even at 2 a.m. when you feel like it.

SnG’s Sago’t Gulaman (P20), which we discovered at the Yabang Pinoy event a few months back, comes bottled and available in original and black gulaman flavors, as well as melon and apple.  The SnG formula uses natural cane sugar, although it seemed too sweet. This ready-to-drink variant contains real sago balls (don’t you just love their chewy consistency?) that are handled by food-grade machines and automatically dispensed into PET bottles, so you’re sure they’re untouched by hands.

@Gabriel: Masarap naman ang original na SnG sago't gulaman. Parang ang weird lang ng melon at apple flavors nila. ;) Salamat sa pagdalaw!

Thanks for dropping by! I do wish the sago was larger though, now that I think about it.
