My favorite vegetarian restaurant on Tomas Morato, Greens Vegetarian Cafe, will be having an international food fair on Saturday, April 12, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.The owner, Mary Ann Duran, will also be having a cooking demo from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. If you’ve been wanting to eat healthy or go vegetarian, don’t miss this event. We are pretty sure Mary Ann, her husband, or their vegetarian friends will be happy to answer your questions about diet.
While you’re there, don’t forget to try the barbecue and java rice, the crispy appetizers, and the custard. The owners are strict vegetarians, so if you’re one too, you can be sure that you’re eating food that’s been handled the way you want it to.
Update: According to Mary Ann, the cooking class costs P500 per person while for the food fair, you only have to pay for what you eat.
