The media followed Fil-Am Internet star and vlogger Christine Gambito, known to her fans as Happy Slip, as she rode the Department of Tourism’s Hop On-Hop Off jeepney and toured Manila. Among the highlights of her sightseeing tour was this kalesa ride at the Intramuros.

Gambito is DOT’s official ambassador for Philippine tourism in North America, and her trip is part of the department’s efforts to bring home more kababayans to experience the Philippines.

Gambito’s itinerary includes a visit to Bohol, Cebu, Boracay, Tagaytay, and even to the local noontime show Wowowee, on ABS-CBN. The official Happy Slip meet-and-greet is on Thursday, February 7, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Mag:net Cafe, Bonifacio High Street, Taguig City.
