		<description>they still serve exotic dishes like i forgot what it&#039;s called--i think it&#039;s uok--the white uod that you see inside the trunk of coconut tree. they feed on young coconut. so it taste it (i heard). it can be cooked into adobo or sinampalukan. other stuff are frogs and cricket (?).  </description>

The waiters at Balaw-Balaw are the best people to ask about delicacies in Rizal. Am sure they will be of help.
