Not that its filthy, more that the dirty kitchen is its official title in the house.

Now I am not sure if this is a Filipino-only thing, but in Philippines houses have 2 kitchens. One for show and one to actually use—the hidden kitchen where all the action happens; where things are spilled and chopped and fried. The other one (the show kitchen) remains pristine leaving guests to wonder: Where did they cook this?
