Holy Week is almost ending, so we’re wondering how you all are. With the Philippines being a predominantly Christian nation, everything is all quiet in this side of the globe. However you chose to spend your Holy Week, we hope it was productive and you found some peace.

So how productive were we at PinoyCentric? Let me count the ways.

• We spotted some friends and made new ones at the 2007 Philippine Blog Awards last Saturday, March 31.
• We’re happy you still have your sense of humor intact, not forgetting that last Sunday was April Fools’ Day.
• Azrael Coladilla tells us that Komikero.com begins the online serialization of Rudy Florese’s Oras Mo Na!
• Fiji-based chef Nouel Omamalin writes about the challenges of fusion dessert and tells us how he whipped up a nasty Bull’s Eye.
• A spokesperson of the Roman Catholic Church tells the International Herald Tribune that, contrary to widespread belief, it’s okay to take a bath on Good Friday. (We did take ours, thank you.)
• Myrel Agarano shares intimate conversations with a friend on a beach picnic.
• And yes, a Moleskine notebook is still up for grabs with the Ika Nga komiks caption contest still open until midnight tomorrow, April 7.
